OINP – Master's Graduate Stream

The OINP Master's Graduate Stream offers international students who have obtained a master's degree from an eligible Ontario university the opportunity to apply for permanent residency without requiring a job offer.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    • Completed a full-time master's degree from an eligible Ontario university (minimum one academic year).

    Language Proficiency:

    • Minimum CLB 7 in English or French.

    Residency in Ontario:

    • Must have legally resided in Ontario for at least one year in the past two years.

    Settlement Funds:

    • Demonstrate sufficient funds to support yourself and your dependents.

    Intention to Reside:

    • Plan to live and work in Ontario.
