This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our websites (https://immigratic.com and https://immigratic.ca) and our suite of services, including ImmiReport (aka Master Assessment), ImmiCare, ImmiCoach, ImmiWatch, ImmiScore, NOC Navigator, Wages Navigator, CLB Navigator, and related software or tools (collectively, the "Services"). If you sign up for our free tier (e.g., limited access to ImmiReport or Navigators), we may use your information to send marketing materials, including content paid for by third parties. By using the free tier, you consent to this use, though you can opt out anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" in emails or contacting us at care@immigratic.ca. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party marketing materials, and your decision to engage with such offers is at your sole discretion.
4. Who Do We Share Your Information With?
We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third parties like payment processors (e.g., Stripe), hosting providers, analytics tools, and marketing platforms that support our operations.
- Third-Party Advertisers: To deliver ads, including for free-tier marketing, based on your usage or interests.

- Affiliates: Our subsidiaries or related entities, bound by this Privacy Notice.

We do not sell your information to third parties for their own promotional use beyond what’s described here.

Our servers are in Canada. If you access the Services from outside Canada (e.g., the EEA or UK), your data may be transferred to and processed in Canada or other countries where our service providers operate. Typically, we keep data for up to 36 months after account termination, unless a longer period is legally required. After this, we delete or anonymize it, except where stored in secure backups until deletion is feasible.
